Surface Preparation
Wipe the application surface with a slightly damp, soft cloth to thoroughly remove dust and grease. Remove any rust from metal surfaces and sand down uneven areas until smooth; ensure the surface is completely dry before application.

Precise Cutting
Cut the tape to the required length using a sharp utility knife or scissors. For right-angle turns, cut a 45-degree miter joint to avoid the lifting or peeling that can occur when simply folding the tape around a corner.

Proper Application Technique
Secure one end of the tape first, then slowly extend and press it toward the other end. As you apply it, use a card or your fingers to smooth out trapped air and prevent bubbles. Overlap joints by 2–3 millimeters to balance structural strength with a neat appearance.

Reinforcement and Finishing
Gently warm the edges of the tape with a hair dryer on a low-heat setting and press down firmly; this significantly improves adhesion and prevents the edges from curling or peeling off.
