Excellent Mechanical Properties
It features high tensile strength in both warp and weft directions-reaching two to three times that of standard steel wire mesh, with some products hitting 2200 MPa. Its good flexibility allows for uniform stress distribution, acting as "soft rebar" to effectively prevent structural cracking.
Strong Chemical Stability
Composed primarily of silicates, the addition of zirconium dioxide enables an alkali resistance retention rate of ≥95%. It is also resistant to acids, corrosion, and mold, making it suitable for long-term use in alkaline cement environments.
Good Temperature Resistance and Insulation
With a melting point exceeding 500°C, it withstands continuous operating temperatures of 200–300°C and short-term exposure to 600°C. It also offers excellent electrical insulation, fire resistance, and sound insulation properties.
Flexible Structure and Specifications
Warp and weft interlacing allows for mesh sizes ranging from 5×5 mm to 10×10 mm, with standard weights of 80–160 g/m². Additionally, the application of various functional coatings enables it to meet the specific requirements of diverse sectors, including construction, aerospace, and filtration.
