High-quality products feature a clean, neat surface with evenly spaced, straight warp and weft threads and a uniform, glossy finish; they feel smooth to the touch. In contrast, inferior products exhibit skewed mesh patterns, excessive surface fuzz or stains, and a dull, murky appearance; they feel rough and prickly.

 

Verification of Basic Properties
High-quality products offer strong chemical stability-resisting alkalis, acids, and cement corrosion-and demonstrate good elasticity, allowing them to quickly recover their shape after stretching. Inferior products have poor corrosion resistance, fail to recover their shape after stretching, and break easily under stress.

 

Professional Testing and Verification
Request third-party test reports to confirm that the measured values ​​for nominal weight, warp/weft density, and tensile strength fall within permissible standard limits. For electronic-grade products, it is also necessary to verify that key metrics-such as the dielectric constant and coefficient of thermal expansion-meet the required standards.
