Fiberglass Mesh Yarn is a continuous E-glass filament yarn developed for weaving fiberglass mesh fabrics used in construction and industrial reinforcement. During production, individual glass filaments are gathered into uniform yarn packages under controlled processing conditions. A dedicated sizing is then applied to protect the filaments during weaving and to improve compatibility with subsequent polymer coating systems.

The yarn serves as the primary reinforcement material for woven mesh fabrics used in cement reinforcement, exterior insulation systems, drywall accessories, waterproofing membranes, stone backing and various technical textiles. Different mesh constructions require different yarn specifications, so filament count, linear density and sizing formulation are selected according to the intended fabric design and weaving process.

Material Processing
