Product Description
Glass Fiber Thread is actually a high-tech "glass mesh," primarily made of silicon dioxide combined with minerals such as calcium carbonate, melted and drawn at 1600℃. Each fiber is only 5-20 micrometers in diameter, 10 times thinner than a human hair, yet possesses astonishing strength due to its unique structure. Interestingly, the finished fiberglass yarn is coated with a resin layer, like putting a protective coat on the glass fibers, which both prevents scratches and enhances flexibility.
Working Principle
